Cancellation & Refund Policy

Every order is checked and packed by hand. Please read these terms before you place an order.
1. Cancelling an order
- ✦You can cancel any time before your order is dispatched — just contact us as soon as possible.
- ✦Orders that have already been dispatched can't be cancelled.
- ✦Customised orders can only be cancelled before the design is confirmed or printing starts.
2. Returns & replacements
- ✦We accept returns only if the product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
- ✦Let us know within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos or a video of the parcel and product.
3. Refunds
- ✦Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- ✦Shipping charges aren't refundable unless the mistake was ours.
